Shipping & Return Policy
Bottles of syrup will not be shipped out if they will be held in the post office on Sunday due to their time sensitive nature. Most items that are purchased after 12pm eastern standard time Thursday will likely be held and shipped Monday.
Your shipping address must be correct. Please verify correct address upon checkout. We are not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address. Due to the time sensitive nature of this product, if it is returned to sender, we cannot reship out the original jar and will not replace with a new one.
We ship priority mail so that you will receive your bottle within 3 days. Our recipe has been studied in a shelf life and found to be safe out of the fridge for 3-5 days. We ship bottles without cold packs and include a thank you card that instructs you to place your bottle(s) in the fridge upon arrival. This preserves the product and allows for a quality product with a decent shelf life. If a product is sent to the wrong address or returned to sender, the bottle will exceed that 3-5 day timeline we strive for and will no longer be fit for consumption.
If you need your shipping address changed after the order is placed and BEFORE it has been marked shipped, please let us know. We will need to cancel the order and you will need to place a new one with the correct address. This protects both the buyer and the seller, always.
